Handmade Watches from Tokyo for FoA
Last weekend I had a very special encounter in the FoA.studio. Sayuri, an independent creative artist from Tokyo stopped by together with her friend Rieka. I got in contact with Sayuri a little while ago for my webshop. She designs and creates handwork watches, leather items and jewelry. I assembled watches which Sayuri handcrafted specially for FoA! As Sayuri was in Amsterdam for the weekend, she decided to stop by. She bought me a nice gift from Tokyo and showed more of her work. I was very glad I had the opportunity to meet the friendly duo and got to know more about the person behind the watches I sell. For Sayuri the quality of material as well as aesthetics are important for her designs. The handmade watches are beyond functional products I think, they are beautiful accessories to finish your outfit. The last images shows the exclusive collection for FoA I sell in my shop.
