Return policy

Not happy with your purchase? It's possible to return your products to us. Please note that our sale items are accepted for store credit only. You may return the delivered items to First of August within seven (7) weekdays after receipt, provided that:
- The items are returned in the same condition, with all tags attached
- The items are returned at the expense of the customer and must be sent back with tracking

If you are unhappy with your purchase please email customer service at info@firstofaugust.com the tracking number upon shipping your return to us.

We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received. The total order amount (purchase + original shipping costs) will be refunded to your original method of payment. Our vintage products will be compensated by means of store credit. You will receive a discount code by email which you can use for future orders. The discount code is valuable for twelve months.  

Please note that vintage clothing are used and may show minor signs of wear. Please check product description and measurements of items carefully before you make an order.
